I cannot say enough good things about our visit! As a first-time parent, I was a bundle of nerves, but the team here made everything feel so manageable. From the moment we walked in, the receptionists were warm and welcoming, helping us fill out the necessary paperwork quickly. The doctor spent quality time with us and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. It was evident that they genuinely care about the kids. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. They even have a small play area for kids! My only minor critique would be to streamline the check-in process a bit more, as it felt a tad slow during our visit. But honestly, it was a small hiccup in an otherwise fantastic experience. I brought my son here, and it was a pleasant experience overall! The staff was very friendly, and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. My son loved the colorful decor, and it made him feel less anxious about his appointment. The doctor was professional but also had a great bedside manner, which helped put us at ease. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be nice if they expanded their hours a bit to accommodate parents’ schedules better. Still, I’m happy with the care we received!
